Shipping policy

We process and pack your order the next business day, M-SAT. We use USPS, UPS & DHL depending on the destination. Estimated shipping transit times are calculated after your order is processed and delivered to the mail carrier.

We ship within North America, some countries in Europe, Asia, Australia and the MENA region. We use UPS & DHL for most countries except for Canada, we use USPS. Estimated transit time of 3-5 days after order processing depends on your location. Orders in the weekend or around a national holiday will experience longer delivery times as the mail carriers do not pick up or deliver on Sundays or national holidays.

We charge $5.50 flat shipping rate in the US. Free shipping in the US for orders over $49.50 after any calculated discounts. Free shipping offer can change at any time. We charge $29.50 flat shipping rate for shipping to Canada and discounted carrier rates to other regions. We are not currently shipping to Mexico, Spain, Brazil, the UK or Taiwan.

If your country has specific import regulations, please let us know in the notes of the order and by email before we process your order.

Customs import duty and taxes is to be paid by importer. UPS or DHL will contact you to clear your shipment with customs.

Tracking numbers are emailed with your confirmation after your order is packed and processed for shipping.
