Shipping policy

We promptly process and pack your order the next business day, M-SAT. We use USPS and UPS depending on the destination. Estimated shipping transit times are calculated after your order is processed and delivered to the mail carrier.

We ship within North America, some countries in Europe, Asia and the MENA region. We use USPS and UPS. Estimated transit time of 3-5 days after order processing depends on your location. Orders in the weekend or around a national holiday will experience longer delivery times as the mail carriers do not pick up or deliver on Sundays or national holidays.

We charge $5.50 flat shipping rate in the US. Free shipping in the US is now available for orders over $49.50 after any calculated discounts. Free shipping offer can change at any time. We charge $17.50 flat shipping rate for shipping to Canada and calculated carrier rates to other regions. We are not currently shipping to Mexico, Spain, Brazil, the UK or Taiwan.

Importer takes the responsibility of paying customs duty to mail carrier as consigned and in complying with the country of import record rules and guidelines.

Tracking numbers are emailed with your confirmation after your order is packed and processed for shipping.
